Unable to open console

I have just installed Adobe Connect, but when I try to open up the console (Configure Connect Enterprise Server). I get "IE cannot display the webpage". The page is http://localhost:8510/console.

Its installed on a brand new Windows Server 2008 64bit & SQL 2008. The Windows firewall is off.

Also, I am unable to start the Adobe Connect Service service. It is set to automatic, but wont start and gives the error - "Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs"

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Your installation did not complete successfully. I suggest you call into Support and have them look at the logs to tell you what happened. Sometimes they can advise how to fix an XML file that has issues...but please call in and have them take a look.
