Unable to process Adobe Connect trial request

I have completed the form to request a trial of Adobe Connect and a message appears to say that the request cannot be processed, but without any reasoning as to why...

Hello,

There is an UltraDNS issue currently which is preventing the creation of new trial accounts. This shall be resolved soon. We will provide an update as soon as the service is up and running.
