Unable to publish using Adobe Presenter

We are unable to publish using the Adobe Presenter to HTML after Flash went away. We are unable to get to the option to select publish as HTML. After selecting the publish icon we receive the message to update the flash product. We downloaded the zip files containing the Enable Silverlight, Enable Shockwave, and Enable Flash and ran these files; however, we continue to receive the same error message. Please let us know what we have to do, so we can publish our courses. Thank you for your help!
