Unable to set up the Adobe Connect Audio Profiles

Hi,

Requesting for your assistance to assist me with regard to the error that I encountered upon setting up the Audio Profiles of my client.

"A configuration error occurred. Please verify the audio settings for this meeting in Adobe Connect Central."

I already tried to add the numbers using US, or Manila toll free of my client but still to no avail.
