Unable to share screen

Sir,

 

My University (KKU in Turkey) started distant learning program due Corona virus (COVID19).

We are using Adobe Connect.  

I loved it.  But I can't share my screen while application running such as Excel...

 

Could someone help me out?

    Please verify you are using the latest version of the Connect Application. https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-downloads-updates.html#Application

     

    It would probably be worth checking that your graphics drivers are up to date as well.

     

    Are you getting any error messages? Does Connect just crash?

    Thanks for your reply (Ms/Mrs) Jorma,

     

    I solved my problem which was installation issue by formatting my computer.

    Component conflict issue resolved.  Now everything (my Adobe) is perfect..
