Unable to start audio conference

Hello,

I'm testing a new audio profile and when I was about to start a new meeting, I got this error message :

I switched to my usual audio profile and start a meeting again and after seeing the standard tab where I can choose whether I want "Phone" or "Device Speaker" I got another error message: 

Finally, after hitting the "Cancel" button I was able to choose the Phone option and get dialed in. 

Do you have any idea how to get rid of these error messages because it is annoying and can confuse our users?
