unable to start audio conference (connect to PGi), after update to 11.2
I am unable to start audio conference for my Adobe Connect classrooms this morning. We use PGi for our telephony, and usually have no problem connecting the audio bridge. I get an error stating that it is unable to connect to audio conference, and offers the option to cancel and retry. Help pages have nothing to address this. I tried disassociating the number on the backend, waiting for more than 15 minutes and reassociating the audio. Did not work.
