Universal Voice - uploaded mp4 video

We have connected our Adobe Connect room to a phone conference via Universal Voice. So the speakers in the room and the speakers in the phone conference can be heard in the phone conference as well as in the Connect room. This works well.

But when an uploaded mp4 video is played in the Connect room the sound is not broadcasted to the phone conference.

Can this be changed?
