Update causing major issues

Since last week's AC upgrade, my company has been experiencing major issues. Our clients are unable to download the update, unable to get in to the room, and when they do get into the room, we can't help them with audio issues. There is also a bug with this update where we can't get the mics to connect.

This is seriously impacting out client experience, so any advice or solutions will be greatly appreciated.
