Upgrade to Adobe Connect 11: when is it due?

I thought my account was being updated to AC11 on 26th September.  Logging into my account today there appears to have been no update made. How can I find out when my account will be upgraded?

    When i log into my sessions they are all defaulted to Classic View. Try to create a new session or edit one and see if you see Standard and Classic as an option. You will have to do this on the site to see the option from what I can see.
