Upgrade version connect_700_r712 to version 9.22?

You will need to look at the Installing Connect documents for the different versions and look at the upgrade paths listed there. Then choose the versions you want to upgrade with and start going through the process.

I would recommend that you:

- Have a backup of your current production environment

- Test that everything is working in each version of Connect as you go through the upgrade process (if something goes wrong you'll want to know where in the process it went wrong)

- Have Platinum Support's number, 866-335-2256, handy incase there is a problem

From what I can see in the documents I have (not just the ones listed here Adobe Connect Learn & Support), you can probably go from Connect 7.1.2 to 7.5.2.3 (not sure that this is a one step process, I don't have documentation for upgrading to Connect 7.5) to 9.0.x to 9.2 or 9.3 (which ever version you ultimately choose). For what it's worth, Connect 9.3 requires a Connect 9.X installation for upgrading, Also, Connect 8.1 shows only being able to upgrade from Connect 7.5.x, so you may be able to skip Connect 8 all together.
