Upgrading Adobe Connect from 9.0 to 9.5, all services up, but can't open "admin" page

‌Sorry you're having trouble. Please provide more detail. Are you getting an error message and if so, what is it? Did you try a different browser? Are you able to get into one of your rooms and use the Meeting>Manage Meeting Information to access the admin page?

I checked Windows Log and didn't find any wrong messages. Can you please let me know where I can find the error message of Adobe Connect?

As a matter of fact, I can't access any rooms I created before, The Internet Explroer/Fire Fox is always throwing out "Page can't be displayed"
