If I upload a file or powerpoint to the adobe connect meeting, is there a way to upload the file back to my computer once it has been annotated with notes?

You can move the file to your content library and download it there, but it will be the original, not the annotated white board.  You can also send a snapshot to your email or save a snapshot as a PNG so that you can have the content plus the annotations.  This option is in the drop down menu in the share pod.
