Uploading video

I am attempting to upload f4v video files from my Shared content folder to my employer's Seminar Room, but cannot find the correct steps.

In the Share pod select Share Document. In the dialog widow that opens use the navigation pane on the left to browse to the desired folder in the Content library and then select the F4V (or other supported media type) video.
