URGENT ! NDI virtual input not working with Adobe Connect

I am trying to use the NDI virtual input as a webcam-input into Adobe Connect.

and it doesn't work at all!

the NDI Input shows up as a webcam option in Adobe Connect, but everytime I activate it, it tells me there is a hardware error and it can't be used.

All other Software I regularily use (Skpe, Skype for Business, Teams, Zoom) recognises the intput correctly and shows the picture.

What is the problem?

I urgently need a solution or info that it won't work at all in the near future!
