I created a recording and I have a URL that I posted for others to use to see my recording. However, when they click on it, it doesn't open the video for them at all. When I click on it, it brings me to the log in page only. How can I correct this so others can see my video??

    By default the recordings are not set to publicly viewable. You'll need to locate the recording in Connect, check the box to the left of it and select the Access Type button. Then select the Public radio button and click Save. The URL should now allow users to view the recording without a username or password.
