URL links don't work after publish

I cannot get my links to URLs to work properly after publishing. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, did you find a resolution?

    do you have an particular reason to hate a certain application other than buggy/faulty coding?? Mind that if you plan to have features that may cause small problems, code for the apps witch the majority of people use first, and perfect, tune and refine your work
