    What did you upgrade from?

It looks like the robots who make the accounts purchased through Adobe's website messed something up. My guess is that the Meeting Peak Concurrnet Users line should say Unlimited instead of 0. You can try reaching out to Adobe Support, but it may be easier and more cost effective to work with a Connect Reseller in your area. https://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/partner-listing.html

Adobe's sale of this product through their website has always been a bit of a price gouge. You should be able to get more capacity and customization from Connect through a reseller for the same price as what you pay through adobe.com.

Jorma_at_CoSo, thank you for identifying Meeting Peak Concurrent Users: 0 as the potential problem. I found it impossible to reach Adobe Connect Support outside USA and the reseller, Digital River, would not help. Eventually, I got hold of Adobe Enterprise Support. I have a case number, so hopefully a solution is in sight. I like the Adobe Connect product but had a bad experience. If there is a next time, I may try to contact a reseller directly, but there are so many.
