user limit exceeded - burst pack
Hello,
we recently bought a burst pack to increase the limit from 100 to 500 participants. In theory that should activate automatically right? (if we have spare minutes)
now I have a room with 100 participants, showing the following message to others who try to enter
User Limit Exceeded
The user limit for this meeting has been exceeded. Contact your meeting organizer for assistance.
am i missing anything?
//this thread can be closed sorry. Provider hadnt activated the burst pack yet....
