User limit of 1???

Hi Community,

I have the following issue. Only one user (me) is able to enter the meeting.The other users get the following message: "The user limit for this account has been exceeded. Contact your meeting organizer for assistance.". How can I fix this problem?

I tried to get in touch with the support chat about 200 times since yesterday, but nobody is available.

It sounds like your account is licensed for either Seminar rooms or Virtual Classrooms. To have those functions work properly, your account will be enabled for meetings with 1 concurrent user. You need to use the appropriate live meeting licensing to get the attendee limit you are expecting.
