User limits?

Are there user limits to the meetings. I have never seen this message appear but recently when hosting a meeting participants have been blocked from the room and get a message about user limits being reached.

    Depends on the licensing structure you have, but the most common limit is 100 individuals in a room at any given time. Person 101+ will get the license limitation message.
