User Permissions Errors and Problems

I have a username and password that sometimes gets the message that they do not have permission to access a module but it is not consistant. Sometimes they will login fine, other times they get permission denied trying to login the same the thing. . I think it may be due to firewall on their side, but they have fallback ports of 80 and 443 open. Any ideas?

    Without screen shots or logs it's difficult to diagnose.

    Have them run the connection test:

    https://admin.acrobat.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm.

    That will show if the firewall is interfering.

    Otherwise, call into support so they can take a loiok at the logs.
