Users Stuck on "Preparing the Room" page

Since the rollout of Adobe 11, when users try to log on to a meeting room, they end up stuck for up to 10 minutes at a time on the "Preparing the Room" page. The workaround was to close the window and relaunch the URL, but that is not the case anymore. Seems like the solution is to wait it out and hope that you'll eventually get in. Today, we had a surge in call volume and had about 30 calls in queue of users reporting they were stuck. The most we've seen thus far. Anyone else experince this issue and see a surge in cases today?

    Hi, Ruth.

     

    Yes - it happened to me today, but only with one user (that I know of).  I had the user try again, with no success. Eventually I had her try opening in the browser (Chrome), which worked.

     

    If only it worked 100% of the time like Zoom.

    Thanks for sharing, Chris. Glad to see its not only impacting us. It's becoming a frequent occurrence amongst our users. Hoping Adobe can resolve it ASAP.
