Using a template for more than one virtual classroom

Hi,

I have a template set up for use in my virtual classrooms.

I now am looking to set up and schedule two separate virtual classrooms for two clients within a few days of one another.

Can  I use the same virtual classroom template for these two events? Or will this create problems - as registration etc will be open for both events at the same time?

Dave,

Just to be clear, you shouldn't be using a Template room for any live sessions. Using, and making changes to, the template room will mean that any rooms created from that template reflect those changes.

What you should do is create one, or more, rooms using the desired template and then use the Events tool to call to the desired room(s). There is no issue with having multiple events call to the same room. So long as you don't have the two events to happen at the same time, there won't be any issues with your events.
