Since we have now gone to using ebooks rather than printed training material, it seems i cannot share my ebook in a POD.

I am able to share a website though

    @Qamar33337576ov3j,

    If you are still looking to do this, please reach out to me: andrew.chemey@envolvemedia.com

    I put a quick POC together that I wanted to walk through; and use it to understand the features you might want to use.

    The following file types can be uploaded into a Share pod in an Adobe Connect room:

    • Microsoft PowerPoint presentations (PPT or PPTX)
    • Images and animations (JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF)
    • Adobe Acrobat document files (PDF)
    • Video files (MP4)
    • Audio files (MP3)
    • Custom Pod applications (ZIP or POD)
    • Adobe Presenter content packaged as a ZIP file
    • Adobe Captivate content packaged as a ZIP file

    Note: a ZIP file must contain a file called index.htm or index.html and may contain multiple referenced files (HTML, images, JavaScript, videos, etc.)

    Thanks for the reply. What are the supported file formats for sharing in a POD?

    Your ebook would need to be one of the supportd file types for the Share pod. If it's not something like a PDF doc, then you'd need to either share it through the Files pod and allow each attendee to download a local copy for themselves or use the screen sharing function of the Share pod to allow others to see your local view of the ebook.
