Using Connect on a MacBook Pro running Mountain Lion

I have been using Connect on my MacBook Pro running Mountain Lion. Near the end of my presetnation my students report that I sound like a robot. I am using a USB microphone headset. Is there something in the settings that I need to do in order to eliminate this problem?

    Hi danielkealy,

    Are you running your meeting in browser or in add-in .

    also once you open the room click on meeting menu --> preferences --> Audio and run audio setup wizard and make sure your headphones are correctly working.

    I cannot help with respect to your audio problem, but wondered if you were using a Retina MacBook Pro, with the Adobe Connect Add-in? And if so, whether you are able to use the flash dialog prompts to share web can, enable audio etc.

    What version of Adobe Connect are you using?
