using connect on a terminal server

Will connect work on a multi user platform, i am using a terminal server with a few thin clients connecting to individual profiles, i cannot get the connect program to run from the thin clients ( ncomputing L300) but it runs ok if i am logged into the terminal server direct. The OS is Server 2008 r2

Any suggestions
