Using Connect Via Citrix

Do you know if there are known issues for viewing meetings via Citrix? Our users report that when they click on the meeting link from Outlook running via Citrix that they cannot connect.

I'm connecting to the citrix via a PC. When I try to make a participant using a neo station a presenter, it tries to install the flash add-in but our citrix rejects it. how do we get this add-in onto our server?
