Using Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt with Connect

I'm trying to use a Blackmagic's Desktop Video 10.3.7 (with an Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt) with Connect and need some help. The video works quite nicely but Blackmagic tells me that their audio will not interface with Connect. Does anyone have experience using an Intensity Shuttle and/or Blackmagic Desktop Video 10.3.7? Has anyone discovered a work around to get Connect to see this audio?

If not, can anyone recommend an external capture device that will accept an SD composite NTSC video and RCA audio signals and get them into Connect?

Thanks in advance.

I'm curious how you got AC to recognize the shuttle signal.  I've been scouring the Web looking for solutions and, outside of Talking Stick (which I haven't been able to download a trial version of) there don't seem to be any solutions.

What's your signal flow? I've tried about everything (including shuttle USB 3.O and Thunderbolt). And the black magic media express app is seeing the signal, just not AC (even though it recognizes the black magic hardware,  calling it Deck Link).

Windows 8.1

Intensity shuttle USB 3.0

Different resolutions tried , www.xsplit.com 720x480 ST

Are you down scaling to 640x480, VGA? I read that was the key on a different forum

Thanks for any suggestions you might have!

Wow, this used to be a vibrant discussion forum but it's pretty dead now. Three days and I haven't gotten a single response. Wow. Coupled with Adobe's minimally useful phone support, it's almost as if Adobe is trying to kill Connect by suffocating its users.

James, you have a fairly unique usecase, and most users of Connect don't have access to Blackmagic products. So long as the computer will recognize the input, Connect should accept it. When you use the Audio set up wizard, does it show the device as an option for audio input devices?

Have you tried something like these? Amazon.com: RCA to USB or Amazon.com: RCA to HDMI? They may require using DVdriver on a Windows computer, but that is pretty cheap too.
