Verify Hard Disk Available message

Hi.  I have generally googled this difficulty and have not found enough information.

Have a PC laptop with Vista and trying to attend first webinar using Connect.  No external hard drive.

"Couldn't write the application to the hard disk. Please verify the hard disk is available and try again"
