Very poor quality on laptop to the invite

I am experimenting with the ConnectNow and invited my wife who works on a laptop here in my home. Bring her computer into my room, I can share my screen, can even get control of my screen through her computer by clicking on that small button and accepting her control of my screen, but then her screen size is reduced and I cannot get the button (small rectangular box) that usually provide full screen view, to work. Nothing I do will bring that screen back to full view.  What is going on?

    The Connectnow site is not using the same technology as Adobe Connect. This is the Adobe Connect support forum so any Connectnow issues or questions would not be applicable to Adobe Connect.
