VERY URGENT: need to access back to trial account - also paying

Hi,

my trial account for Adobe Connect is expired.

If I'll pay for new session, will I be able to access to my trial account? (I need to download the flv registration.)

I've already asked to the Adobe Marketing: NOBODY replied to me.

It's very urgent.

Thank you,

Correct answer Marco Caresia

So I contacted an Italian reseller, because I didn't receive any answer from Adobe (how really really bad is the Adobe support?).

They said the registrations couldn't be recover.

How bad!

A reminder that my account was expiring and the chance to upgrade my account would have been enough...

I'm looking forward to other non-Adobe solutions with better support!

Were you working with a resell partner? They would be the best resource to get the trial account active again.

If you weren't working with a reseller, PM me and we can get it worked out.

Thank you, Jorma!

I'm not working with a reseller.

I'm under the same situation, the support is mute and nobody seems want to help me. Really the support is the worst part.

I've contact a reseller and want to sale me a huge services for one year for 100 of assitants, it's very unconfortable.

I want to pay just two months of extra service and nobody answer

If you just need an account for two months, then I reccomend you go here, Adobe - Adobe Connect Service Plans. Resellers can only offer anual accounts.

I don't believe you will be able to convert your trial in to the paid monthly account, so be prepared to re-uplaod any content to your new account.
