Video BKMs for Adobe Connect Pro??

Question

What are you best know methods for using video in an Adobe Connect Pro room? I usually publish them via Adobe Presenter and then upload the Zip package into the room. This seems to cut down the size quite a bit and makes it easy to play with the player bar options. I have also just uploaded a flash video file directly in a share pod and that works if it is a small file but it will often lag and buffer in an out all the way through.

Any other better methods out there that folks are using or recommended from Adobe?

I've had to "cache" uploaded videos by playing them shortly before the audience will see them. For me, the cache holding time when using Adobe's servers is about 5 minutes.
