Video Not Working for Attendees

When I play a video in my meeting room my attendees see a black screen.  Neither Adobe nor my local contact can seem to provide a solution to this problem.  Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

I have always converted my videos to FLV.  It does not help the problem.

I use the AVS video converter (http://www.avs4you.com). It's not free, but not expensive either. You can use the Adobe Media Encoder tool, if you have a Creative Suite or just want to download it: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=160&platform=Windows

When encoding a video, you should have an option as to what Codec to use. Choose the H.263 Codec.

What format is the video?

Odd, FLV is pretty reliable. If you can, try converting it to MP4 and see if that works.

If it helps, I encode the FLV's I work to H.263, 720X480 (or smaller), 800 Kbps or less. If you have H.264 FLV videos, then try encoding them to H.263.
