Videos stopping for some participants

Are others having issues with videos stopping for some of the participants, but not all? It started happening with the 11 upgrade. I contacted support at that time, and was told there are numerous clients also having that issue. However, it's now been over a month and I haven't heard anything regarding a fix.

And, just to be clear, it's not a bandwith issue. One video would stop for 1/2 my particpiants, while it kept playing for others. Another video would stop for some of the participants that the last video worked for, and then not others. Sometimes it would stop for me (the Host) and other times it would play fine on my end.

I have the same problem in both out test and prod on-premise environment. We are running version 11.2.3a.

As you say it does not matter if we are running with or without VPN or use different res. The buffer status is fine the movie freeze.

The  movie freezes randomly for different participants in the same meeting. Once the movie has frozen it does not start again. If the movie freeze for a host it is still possible for the host to change the time in the time bar for the users that still se the movie. Strange 🙂
Have any of you found a solution?

This is also happening with me, but only with my participants that are using a web browser.  If I have multiple videos streaming, participants in the web browser instance can only see the host video playing.  All other videos are paused until the participant starts them manually.  It's a very poor experience.  I haven't had a chance to contact Customer Support, yet, but will do so as soon as possible.

We just use the links and push it to the participants to watch on their own machine at this time until we see a fix. We have been having issues with MP4s for a while so went to the link process and since the 11.2 version auto opens the browser for the participants we just use that process.

I am having the same issue.  I teach a course online through adobe.  Have videos of powerpoint presentation with audio loaded into the content library.  No problem with this method prior to new release.  Now it will freeze for most of the class or at least drop audio.  If I switch to another layout screen and come right back everything returns to normal.  Is not a bandwidth issue as everyone has the problem and it fixes by simply shifting from layout to layout.  Extremely frustrating!
