videos with macromedia breeze

hi,
A company which is looking to use our breeze server has asked me what format to put their videos in to use with breeze. I am not sure if it is either for streaming/download or to be remotely played through a desktop view so if possible could someone provide answers for all? I was primarily thinking swf format or failing that in a wmv? can anyone shed any light?
