View/Export private chat between participants

Question

New to AC, so forgive me if this is simple.

I'd like to enable private chat so that my participants can chat directly with me. I don't mind if they can chat with each other, so long as I'd be able to view that log somewhere or export those chats. I know I can email my chat history, but that just seems to email the public chat. Are the private chats between participants logged and accessible anywhere during or after the session?

Private chats are hard, as they are intended to be seen by only those in the chat conversation. So, as you noted the email chat option only sends the chats that you are a part of. I'd recommend looking at enabling the Chat Transcript option, as that will record and store all in meeting chats.
