Virtual classroom - host disconnected

Hey guys,

today we had our first virtual classroom session, I was a host (I created and managed the room from the begining) and I assigned the tutor as (co)host. At the very end of the session my laptop needed an update which I was postponing all day in order to be in the room in case somebody needed assistance. Right after I disconnected due to system restart the tutor was automaticaly put in the Participats` list and of course all hir rights were taken.

How can I prevent this thing? In the next few days I have a couple overlaping sessions..

The Named Host licenses is where you have an individual account that is allowed to create/manage/run a meeting. If a member of that group is not present in the room, then it won't allow full functionality. If you purchased a single Named Host license, then only one user in your account can use that license.

This is becaue you have an account licensed by Named Hosts. This means you must have a user who is in the Meeting Host group in Connect present in the room for it to provide full funtionality. If the member of that group leaves, after a few minutes everyone promoted beyond Participant role will be demoted and the room will close automatically shortly there after.

The solution would be to add the tutor to the Meeting Host group as an Admin.

Thank for the fast reply. Unfortunately I am using the trial version. It appears I can have only one name in the Meeting host group. Otherwise a message - Account Limit Reached - pops up.

If the groups are in general and not for a specific room I am ..... 😞

I guess I can not participate in two or more rooms at the same time, right?
