Virtual Classroom Not Found

I have recently upgraded to Conenct 9 and it looks like all is fine apart from if I try to create a Virtual Classroom. I can click on Virtual Classroom from the Home tab and it takes me to the page where it asks to Enter Virtual Classroom Information. I enter the details and when I click Next or Finish I get a screen saying Not Found and The selected resource does not exist. Any ideas?

    I think I have resolved the issue it appears the Virtual Classroom default template may have become corrupt. I created a new template and tried using that one and it has worked successfully
