Voice Recordings sound scratchy on my Samsung Note 10+

Hi All

My university uses adobe connect to post recorded tutorials.  When I listen to the recording on my lap top it sounds clear.  When I try to listen to the recording on my Samsung device it sounds scratchy and distorted.  Is there a way I can correct this?  Thanks
