Waitlist for Upcoming Event

Hi there,

I've created an Adobe Connect Event (that will be tied to a Meeting Room) with a specific Registration Limit in place. It does not look like Adobe Connect has a waitlist feature for events with registration caps, so we are aiming to handle the waitlist process externally.

However, I am not sure how to guarantee that an open spot will be reserved for a specific person on our waitlist, since the list is being handled outside of the software. Is this even possible? I'm concerned that if a spot became available, and a non-waitlist user attempted to register, that they could register and take that spot from the waitlisted users. It's also complicated because we have custom registration questions in place, so participants need to register for the event so we can gather their answers.

Is there a way to register users on their behalf? If not, how should I go about manually adding users while also getting their registration answers?
