Question

We currently have 2 adobe connect accounts but we now only want to use 1, can we merge the 2 accounts together including all the saved meetings and recordings etc? Thanks

We want to merge our 2 adobe connect accounts so that we use 1 but we need to transfer all the previous meetings and recordings etc as we don't want to lose any data etc.

    My innitial answer would be no, but you can always call Adobe Support, Adobe Connect Help | Adobe Connect Support, and see if they have a method for doing this. However, in the past when I have asked for this kind of process, the answer was always no.

    You would be able to manually upload the content you were using in the old account, and you could make the recordings FLV or MP4 (if you paid for that option) versions that could be transfered to the primary account. But it will not be something that can be done in an automated process unless something has changed recently.
