Webcam Freezes and no sound as well

Hello

I have been trying to use Adobe Connect so that I can get my online classes. Whenever I mute the sound, the camera of the host works fine. But, when I unmute the speakers (in the program) the camera freezes and I cant hear any noise or sound from the host as well. I tried to reinstall the program, etc. 

Can anyone help me about this issue? Thanks.
