Webcam meeting seriously delay

We are using Adobe Connect Hosted service.

We are having web meeting with one remote site. The other site feedback the network status is green and our network status is green also.

We found the other site webcam video start delay and when the meeting is running, the delay is more serious. The most serious delay is over 3 min.

Is there something wrong our setting or such webcam delay is normal?

    Hi ivan20110914,

    Delay of 3 mins is certainly not acceptable. These kind of issues have only been seen in case of not-so-good bandwidth at publisher's OR subscriber's end. Assuming that you as a publisher must be having good bandwdth, can you try lowering you webcam publish quality?

    You can goto Meeting Menu-->  Preferences--> Video and lower your video quality. Let us know if you see some improvement.
