webcam problem

Good day

we have problem with our camera(webcam) in my child class with adobe connect

Camera is OK in Skype

but it doesn't work correctly in adobe connect. any help would be greatly appreciated.

some online test shows bad image like this

But some of them are OK

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
