I was teaching and 45minutes into it the webcam went out though sound continued. I could not recapture the webcam image even in the preview box. I didnt touch anything when it went out. The webcam was still on. Could it be that something within Connect was not working? I havent had this problem before.Please help before I have another class!
There has a fair bit of discussion on the forum about how Windows 8/8.1 has an issue with Connect in that it can interrupt the live video and screen sharing functions. While I don't do much live video, I have found that I may have to switch between a couple different meeting windows if screen sharing in one starts acting up. This compatibility issue is due to be resolved with the release of Connect 9.2.2.
