Webinar participants unable to see my screen share

On 4/29, I did a screen share, and from my end, it looked like I was successfully sharing my screen, but the participants could only see a purple box. I have never had this issue in the past. Has anyone else recently experienced this?

    It sounds like you chose to screen share using the Windows or Application functions and then shared something you didn't specify as being visible to the participants or you had the correct window/application open on the wrong screen. The 'purple box' you describe is the occulsion that Connect does to obsure something you chose not to share. 

    The easiest solution is to use Desktop sharing, where anything you are looking at is seen by anyone in the room.
