welcome email didn’t received after signing up to Adobe connect

I eventually managed to get the Welcome email.  But only after doing an online chat at the Adobe Connect support page. Gave them my details and they registered for me, as soon as they did that the welcome email came through. Just make sure they register you for plan you want, I had to state several times that I wanted "small meetings", not one of the other plans.

I've signed up for one of these accounts as well, but have yet to see the welcome email either. Not sure what the status is of this service, but also based on the message on the registration page:

Not sure that Adobe will provide much input or effort to get this working if it's down. If I get the welcome email, I'll share the details and timeline so you have something specific to look for.

Same problem here. It's been several days since trying to register via https://www.adobe.com/au/products/adobeconnect/get-freeconnect.html

Have checked junked/spam folder, even tried to register using two different email addresses, but still nothing. Any ideas?

First, check your spam/junk box and see if the email is there. If it is not there, sign up again and see if it works then.
