What happened to Unviersal Voice?

During the first few weeks I used Unviersal Voice I could connect to numbers in the 202 area code. Now it seems to only connect with toll-free numbers. Are some Adobe servers local to 202, or did a loophole get closed, or did the service get changed to not connect to local numbers, but ONLY toll-free ones?

    I ened up buying a toll free number I could redirect to a toll number. I used tollfreenumber.org, eventually paying $39 for the number, $8/month for maintenance, and $.03/minute for actual use. Seems to work great, but tollfreenumber.org's lack of basic info made me struggle and guess every step of the way. Note that you will have to call a toll-free number and ask them to switch the redirect 15 minutes before Adobe calls. Web requested redirects are NOT available.
