I tried using my email, and my name for my username, neither works. What do I use as my username?

You mail enter the email ID, on which u got the notification

For example: - If you have received adobe notification on official / personal email id

Enter that mail ID, which inturn could be your user id

    Are you trying to log into Adobe Connect? If so, you need to contact the Administrator for that account, as they willl be able to let you know what your login is.

      You will need to reach out to whatever organization/group is in charge of your account. The admin for that account will be part of that organization.
